i use the free software trader's little helper.make a folder,download the files to that folder.open trader's little helper.drag and drop the folder in tlh hit decode audio files,let it decode all files.close tlh and open your folder again you'll see wave files. http://thor.prohosting.com/roh0205/

I use flac frontend. I drag and drop my FLAC files and simply hit the decode button. A few minutes later and voila!

Note: I am about as computer savvy as haggis is tasty.
